From the inside of your basement, we install several plastic injection ports over the crack. We then cover the crack with a gray epoxy surface paste embedding the ports so they are the only openings into the crack.
Next we inject a polyurethane material through the ports and into the crack. The injected material converts to a foam that expands to approximately 20 times its liquid volume. The foam forms a waterproof seal inside the crack and blocks the water.
There is no hammering, chiseling, drilling, or mess involved with our method, and no outside digging.
The ports and surface sealers are left in place. If desired, the ports can be removed later without affecting the warranty.
This is a simple, effective, and time-tested technique for repairing foundation cracks. Water leaks are blocked!
